Social Agenda 2022-2024

Insurers and trade unions (CNV Vakmensen, FNV Finance, De Unie) are jointly pursuing an agenda with a vision of the future of labour.

2022-2024

This agenda is about sustainable employment practices for people, organisations and society. This is important due to digitisation, a dynamic labour market, the consequences of corona and the elaboration of the pension agreement. The Social Agenda 2022-2024 focuses on guiding people from job to job, as well as recognising talent and strengthening diversity and inclusion.

Read more about the regulations, how to fit the rules into policy and practical elaborations in the Working Conditions Catalogue for the (health) insurance company on www.gezondverbond.nl.

The catalogue was developed by the Employment Conditions sector of the Dutch Association of Insurers, insurers with their own collective labour agreement and the trade unions CNV Vakmensen, FNV Finance and De Unie. Zorgverzekeraars Nederland (ZN) has also joined. The Working Conditions Catalogue has been approved by the Labour Inspectorate.
